Tinospora Cordifolia- Gudchi Giloy
There are many uses for the plant tinospora cordifolia, also known as "Guduchi" and "Giloy," in the classical Ayurvedic literature.
It is a big, deciduous climbing shrub from the Menispermaceae plant family that grows at higher elevations and has the distinctive greenish yellow flowers.
